S1-480: 210mm x 70mm x 10mm
Grit: 8000
A synthetic water stone, the Naniwa 8000 grit is useful for continuing the polish on a razor or knife that already has a bevel set. It should be used AFTER a 3000, 4000, or 5000 grit stone. Stones should be lapped before first use!
Although some guys shave off of a 8000 grit edge, most prefer the results from a final finishing stone (10000 or 12000 grit).
