At Maggard Razors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your wet shaving gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used, as hygiene standards prevent us from accepting used razors, brushes, or soaps.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
